As a direct-to-consumer brand owner, you know that managing your shipping expenses is key to maintaining healthy profit margins. However, analyzing shipping data can be time-consuming and confusing, especially if you use multiple fulfillment providers. This is where ShipBob can simplify your shipping operations, as well as save you time, money, and a few headaches.

ShipBob is a global omni-fulfillment solution that thousands of brands trust to ship orders across the world. With best-in-class supply chain solutions and the ability to fulfill global orders from the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, ShipBob makes it easy to take your business everywhere.

And with the new Triple Whale x ShipBob integration, you can track your fulfillment metrics right in your Triple Whale dashboard!

With the ShipBob integration for Triple Whale, you can:

  • Accurately track net profit
  • View fulfillment metrics directly on the Triple Whale Dashboard
  • Track shipping costs by carrier, service level, and package type
  • Monitor average shipping time, orders shipped and delivered, items out for delivery, and the shipping costs for new vs. returning customers

Why Should DTC Brands Use a Shipping Integration?

When a customer visits an online store, they’re coming to buy a product. It’s your job to make the experience as seamless (and entertaining) as it would be to enter a physical location to make that purchase. By using a shipping integration, you can:

  1. Save time: automated shipping solutions streamline the order fulfillment process, which reduces the manual data entry and potential for errors.
  2. Save money: Shipping integrations often feature discounted shipping rates and the ability to compare rates across carriers in real time, so you can choose the cheapest option when shipping that specific package.
  3. Track efficiently: Customers love getting updates about their packages in real time, and the shipping integration can provide automatic tracking updates to both the merchant and the customer, so everyone is on the same page.
  4. Keep customers happy: Those automated notifications, streamlined shipping, and easy return processes (that many integrations offer) are a recipe for improving overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Scale it to the moon: Even if you’re just starting with your DTC business, having a scalable, integrated solution for the backend will make it easy to grow without proportionally increasing your workload.
