Direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands should know that it costs way less (about five times less) to keep an existing customer than it does to recruit a new one. As such, brands are turning towards retention strategies to keep their loyal customers happy, engaged, and continuously purchasing products. One of the best ways to do this is through the use of a subscription model, which is one of the fastest growing areas of commerce.

Recharge is a leading subscription management solution which helps ecommerce merchants of all sizes and product verticals to launch, scale, and create dynamic experiences at every customer touchpoint. Recharge believes subscriptions are a powerful way for consumers to engage with their favorite brands, because they lower the friction around purchasing while building ongoing relationships with the brand. With over 20,000 merchants on Recharge’s platform supporting over 100 million subscribers, Recharge has empowered thousands of brands to improve customer loyalty and enabled significant business growth.

Promoting a subscription model is different than a traditional DTC playbook, and Recharge provides no-code customer portals, dynamic bundles, and tiered discounts as part of their subscription management system. With insights from the data and key metrics, you’re able to understand how well your marketing efforts are working. An even better way to understand this, however, is to integrate your Recharge data with Triple Whale.
