Using order tags to define subscription purchases, Triple Whale users can now accurately attribute revenue to recurring orders. Connect Recharge and keep your finger on the pulse of your subscriber base, from the first order through recurring add-ons.

With the new subscription analytics section in Triple Whale, you can:

  • View the subscription-generated revenue
  • Track new, active, and canceled subscriptions 
  • Keep an eye on your active subscribers

To get started, simply connect Recharge to your Triple Whale account from your integrations page. Double check your settings within the Pixel Settings to make sure your first and recurring order tags are correctly mapped. Once you’ve confirmed the order tags are good to go, you’ll be able to see all of your subscription data in one place.
