We’re halfway through May! What a week. I don’t know about you, but my allergies have been going bananas and I haven’t seen the sun in DAYS. Send all the good vibes for sunshine, more flowers, less pollen, and… while you’re at it, can you also ask the construction crews by my apartment to start AFTER 6am?
Now that we’ve got that handled, this newsletter will cover:
Let’s get into it.
Highlighting great use cases in the new generation of Triple Whale
The past two weeks, I’ve given you all some examples of how you can use Moby to forecast revenue and ROAS. Let’s dig into this a little.
There’s a lot of value in breaking out returning customers from new customers; it’s one of our most-loved metric break downs. You have to split your budget and messaging differently to acquire those new customers.
So, try this:
“Based on the last 12 months, forecast my new customer and returning customer revenue for the rest of 2024 broken down by month”
As always, pay attention to MAPE! Moby may have suggestions for you on how to improve your forecast based on the data in Triple Whale.
Last week, Moby got pinged with 2653 questions 🤯
Here’s what was most popular:
Meta campaign analysis
Ad spend and performance
Customer LTV and retention
Product performance and inventory

Sequences are set to help Moby automatically run prompts, gather data, and draw strategic insights from the data outputs.
The Sequence we can’t stop talking about this week is:
▶️ Cohorts: Historical NCPA & RPR Analysis
This sequence helps you look back at the last 12 months of data to determine your best performing months using total new customers acquired, the cost to acquire them, and their repeat purchase rate
A glimpse into the stuff our team is excited about…
You all have been telling us how much to love and miss legacy Pixel pages… and we were all pretty stoked when Aj announced they’d made a glorious return in the new platform.
Each week, this is where we ask you, our favorite people in the world, for help.
Got Board requests? We wanna hear ‘em. Shoot [email protected] an email if you’d like to talk about building a Board that would be displayed in our Template Library!
