Highlighting great use cases in the new generation of Triple Whale

The past two weeks, I’ve given you all some examples of how you can use Moby to forecast revenue and ROAS. Let’s dig into this a little. 

There’s a lot of value in breaking out returning customers from new customers; it’s one of our most-loved metric break downs. You have to split your budget and messaging differently to acquire those new customers. 

So, try this:

“Based on the last 12 months, forecast my new customer and returning customer revenue for the rest of 2024 broken down by month”

As always, pay attention to MAPE! Moby may have suggestions for you on how to improve your forecast based on the data in Triple Whale.  

🆕 The Latest and Greatest 

  • We just launched an integration with MNTN! You can connect the integration now and add the MNTN template Board to your Triple Whale. Because of the nature of connected TV, we’re not able to pull in direct attribution metrics for you (yet!), but if you use discount codes, we have a hack for you. Ask Moby to show you all purchases made with MNTN-specific discount codes, and add that output to your MNTN Board. Ta-da! 
  • You may have noticed an update in Triple Whale: Pixel has entered the chat. We heard that so many of you missed your legacy Pixel pages, so we ported them straight into the new platform for you. 
  • Exciting news: Moby got an upgrade right alongside OpenAI. This means our AI chatbot is faster and smarter than ever.
