Meet Our Founders

Triple Whale was founded in 2021 by Maxx Blank, AJ Orbach, and Ivan Chernykh, former ecommerce operators who built the tools they wished they’d had.

They knew firsthand how hard it was to grow profitably when data was fragmented across tools, attribution was unreliable, and insights were buried across dashboards.

So they built a platform that brought everything together: clear measurement, trusted data, and AI powerful enough to not just report on performance, but improve it.

From the start, Shopify brands embraced the product, helping Triple Whale reach product-market fit quickly and organically.

Today, backed by Shopify and other leading investors, Triple Whale has continued to expand that vision: giving every ecommerce and retail brand access to the kind of intelligence once reserved only for the Fortune 500, and turning data into profitable action.
