What can’t Moby 2 do (or won’t do by design)?

Do I need to learn how to prompt to get value out of Moby 2?

No — and that's the point. Most AI tools quietly require you to become an expert in prompting, in writing automations, in structuring requests just right. Moby 2 works the other way. If your request is ambiguous, it asks you a clarifying question. If it needs more context about your brand, Moby asks follow-ups and learns it from the conversation and remembers it. What are automations?

Automations are the easiest way to offload recurring tasks. To create one, you just tell Moby what you want to get done. For example: "generate diverse creatives for my top products each week", “Create a weekly report for our ad performance” or even "manage my Meta campaigns and optimize for NC ROAS". Moby will ask a series of follow-up questions to align on your goals, the cadence you want, and the exact actions you want it to take. Once set up, automations run on your schedule and surface actions for your review. Automations can run in copilot or autopilot. You stay in control the entire time.

How does pricing work?

Moby 2 runs on Triple Whale Credits. Credits are consumed when Moby pulls your data, generates creatives, or publishes new ads on your behalf. Every paid Triple Whale plan includes free credits to get started (3,000 on Starter, 6,000 on Advanced), and you can purchase additional credit packages at any time. Will I ever be surprised by unexpected charges?

No. There are no automatic overages. When your credits run out, features that require credits pause until your next billing cycle or until you choose to purchase more. You are always in control of your spend, and you can adjust your credit package at any time.

Is my data secure when Moby 2 connects to my accounts?

Yes. Moby 2 accesses your platforms through authorized API connections — the same secure integrations powering Triple Whale's intelligence platform today. All actions are logged, and you maintain full control over what Moby can do.

Can Moby 2 make changes to my accounts automatically? What control do I have?

Moby 2 is built to act, but you stay in control. For most actions — pausing ad sets, adjusting budgets, scheduling campaigns — Moby validates the change and queues it for your approval before executing. You can also set rules and thresholds so Moby knows exactly when to act autonomously and when to flag you first. Think of it as a growth operator that moves fast but never goes rogue.

How does Moby 2 learn my brand?
