Difficulty Tracking Performance: It became very difficult to ensure performance was tracked accurately, and that all processes and strategies were aligned.

In the Fall of 2021, Soar With Us learned about Triple Whale when Aj, one of Triple Whale’s Co-Founders, reached out to Olly, one of the founders of Soar With Us. Aj introduced Triple Whale as a solution to the challenges created by iOS 14 and Olly was intrigued.

They jumped on the platform, initially testing it as a value ad for 20% of their clients. As time progressed and the product continued to evolve, It became clear the impact Triple Whale was having on performance, and now all clients that Soar works with are required to have Triple Whale. 

When Soar With Us onboarded with Triple Whale, they immediately benefited from the platform's robust 1st party attribution capabilities, allowing a clearer understanding of the customer journey and touch points leading to conversions. The comprehensive dashboard provided real-time data access without manual intervention, streamlining the process of viewing key metrics such as new customer acquisitions. This integration of attribution and dashboard functionality became their day-to-day operational tool, optimizing their marketing strategies.
