Challenges

Cozy Earth was generating high revenue, but often struggled to pinpoint the exact sources of its sales. The Multi-Touch Attribution system they were using at the time was slow, not user-friendly, and provided minimal information on sales data.

Cozy Earth Uses Total Impact to Refocus on Under-utilized Sales Channels like Pinterest

By integrating post-purchase surveys (shout out to Kno Commerce), Cozy Earth’s customers told them they remembered them most from Pinterest. Triple Whale’s Total Impact model uses zero-party data (like this information straight from the horse’s mouth) to highlight patterns in the data they wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. As a result, Cozy Earth is putting more marketing efforts behind the Pinterest channel to continue to drive sales. 

Scaled Facebook Dynamic Ads for Broad Audiences (DABA) ROAS by 9.5x

Cozy Earth puts a lot of effort into DABA campaigns on Facebook to reach new customers. By using Triple Whale, Cozy Earth was able to compare Pixel ROAS to in-platform ROAS, keep an eye on new customer cost per acquisition (NC-CPA), and scale the DABA campaign for apparel from $1000 to $9500. Triple Whale helped to validate that this campaign had the highest return on ad spend, and they could confidently keep scaling it (to the moon)!
