Allbirds S-1 dropped (precursor to going public) and there is some interesting stuff in there. David and Daniel do an awesome job of pulling out some of the best nuggets.
**Side note: Allbirds defines CAC (customer acquisition cost) in a weird way. It isnāt all the new customers, itās all the customers. Normally, CAC is calculated by the amount of ānewā customers you acquire. What Allbirds is defining is not CAC or order acquisition cost (OAC). If you want to go down a rabbit hole - See this thread.
