I've been using an iOS app called One Sec I found via @zack_kravits that basically

- holds you for 5s before you open a social media app
- makes you set an intention

and it has RADICALLY raised my productivity, and shown how addictive it is (particularly twitter)

I've been building our landing pages on Shogun this past year and I thought they were great...

Our graphic designer took our best-performing landing page and wanted to make it look "nicer".

AOV is up 30%
CVR is up 10%
